- Warranty Period
This warranty lasts for 90 days after the date of initial purchase of a new, genuine Vlit product.
- Warranty Process
1. Provide a copy of the warranty card and original receipt of purchase and the referred picture or video to Customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. After checking the defectives, RMA code will be provided to customer.
3. Ship the defective item securely to the store where you bought the device, along with the RMA code, the original purchase receipt and your own contact information.
- Out of Warranty
1. This warranty maybe void due to the improper use or authorized repair, excessive force such as dropping, or failure of damaged as a result of usage outside of recommend operating conditions.(See precautions in user manual) or other failures caused other than by manufacturer defects or premature failure.
2. It is prohibited to open the body of the device otherwise the warranty is invalid.
3. We are not servicing any device without RMA code. Please ensure this before shipping your device.
- Processing Time
Turnaround time for evaluation and service is between 1-2 weeks from the day your shipment is received. For out of stock items, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
- Shipping Fees
You need to afford the shipping fee by sending the defective device to the service provider and return shipping will be provided with no charge.
